Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden follows daddy’s instruction
Within two weeks from going public, Beau Biden, son of then Sen Joe Biden, (who had on January 3, 2008, ended his campaign seeking the 2008 Democratic Presidential nomination) and Delaware Attorney General went before a Grand Jury seeking an indictment against Larry accusing him of theft specifically on February 2, 2008. The information which was presented to the GJ was that an individual had cashed money orders for Larry in 2007, which were later returned as counterfeit, and the person who cashed them for him had been unable to recover his money. Biden got the indictment and despite my current address being very publicly published the Delaware AG’s office filed a claim the notice of indictment had been mailed to me but was returned, the documents filed however clearly showed the AG office never put my address on the notice.
The information Biden’s AG office deliberately chose not to present to the GJ is: The individual who cashed the money orders for Larry had himself made the offer to cash them for him for a fee of $350; that Larry had signed a written agreement which clearly stated 1. he would not accept any funds from the money orders until such time as the individual cashing them notified Larry they had been cleared and paid by the bank; 2. in the event for any reason the money orders were returned to the individuals bank unpaid Larry would paid any and all fees charged the individual by his bank which resulted from the return of the money orders; 3. the individual who cashed the money orders for Larry after the money orders were returned, saw Larry every single day sometimes multiple times per day for more than a month and never once informed Larry of the money orders having been returned to his bank. The case seeking the indictment was presented to the Grand Jury on February 2, 2008, the same date the US Secret Service has documented in their files as the date they were first made aware of Larry, with the indictment & rule 9 warrant issued February 5, 2008.
Former Internet Porn site Whitehouse dot com & Polygraph Examiner Ed Gelb’s Polygraph fraud they almost got away with
In February 2008 the website Whitehouse dot com (which Larry had no knowledge of the website having once been associated with internet porn) published a “$100,000 polygraph challenge” which was brought to Larry’s attention by a friend. The site sent a written copy/offer to Larry via overnight FedEx as well. Despite Dan Parisi & Robert Braddock agreeing that Larry would pick the examiner, would be allowed to have a journalist of his choice present and witness the examination, they picked the examiner claiming Larry’s choice declined, and they told the Journalists Larry chose to be present and witness the examination that he could not be at the examiner’s office during the exam. Still Larry knowing he was telling the truth was not concerned with passing a polygraph. What Larry did not consider which he was going to find out soon is the possibly that a polygraph examiner could or would falsify results to provide the paying client with the results they specifically ask for. The exam was conducted in Los Angeles by Ed Gelb, who Larry later discovered is known for guaranteeing clients the results they seek, as well as falsely presenting himself as holding a Ph.D. despite having been exposed for purchasing a fake Ph.D. from a LA diploma Mill.
Larry completed two separate polygraph exams one on the drug claim the other on the sex claim. Despite Gelb attempting to manipulate Larry’s blood pressure and pulse reactions by inflating the blood pressure cuff to a point of literally cutting off circulation in Larry’s arm he was still confident he would pass the exams. After the two exams were completed the actions and statements of Gelb and Robert Braddock (who had recorded the entire event from 3 different angles with 3 different cameras because Whitehouse had published, they would stream unedited the entire exam process) Larry realized that they were up to something. First Gelb claimed that he would not know the results of the exams for a couple of days, which is a LIE; then Gelb & Braddock said that once the results are determined, they polygraph data would be sent to another examiner to conduct a blind study to verify the results. A few days later Whitehouse published claiming Larry had failed the polygraph exams along with written reports from Ed Gelb claiming deception was shown on both exams. In addition, they published reports from Gordon Barland, a Salt Lake City examiner Gelb & Whitehouse claimed conducted a blind study of the polygraph data charts. Barland’s report clearly identified Larry by name as well as specifically referring to the allegations which were the subject of the polygraph exams. If Barland had conducted a blind study, he would not know the name of the person taking the exam or the subject matters that were the subject of the exams. What Barland’s reports did provide along with proof of Gelb & Whitehouse’ knowingly false claims in their post claiming Larry lied, was fact that Gelb failed to provide Barland with polyscores data charts on one exam while providing polyscores data charts of poor condition on the other. The exam which polyscores data charts were provided Barland as noted by Barland, showed Larry as being truthful in that exam with the possibility of Larry being untruthful at 0.01%. This is important because the polyscores results on a polygraph are more reliable because they are not affected by examiner bias or interpretation. Gelb had a history of promoting polyscores results but decided to not even include them in Larry’s reports. Given the fact the polyscores results would contradict Gelb’s scoring there is not surprise he chose to exclude mention of them. In 2001 it was discovered Barland had been told by Gelb in 2008 when he notified Gelb he could not concur with his finding of deception on the exam he had the polyscores data on, to mention the polyscores result but to include an explanation saying that when the polyscores result contradicts the findings of the human scorer it is established practice and protocol set by the polygraph procedures and practices that the human scorer results take precedent.
After publishing what Larry knew from the beginning was reports claiming the polygraph exams showed him to be dishonest were lies. Larry immediately demanded WhiteHouse, its owner Dan Parisi, and Robert Braddock immediately release the full unedited video records from all 3 cameras of the polygraph exams. They refused. Larry had received two phone calls on his home phone after returning from Los Angeles where the caller made claims, he knew for a fact the polygraphs were a setup, were arranged by David Axelrod with Whitehouse. Larry confronted Whitehouse with the claims by the caller but instead to denying or confirming them, they chose to publish that they were deleting all post about Larry Sinclair and would not be publishing anything else about Larry Sinclair. They claimed they were being threatened, harassed & attacked by larry and his supporters. Larry had informed a Chicago Tribune reporter he had been speaking with about the calls received, provided the reporter the phone numbers the calls came from. The reporter had contacted the individuals who confirmed he was the individual who had called Larry, as well as telling the reporter the same thing he had told Larry about the polygraph exam.
Whitehouse and Gelb almost got away with the polygraph fraud/lie and would have if in August 2011 Whitehouse had not the fatal decision to file a dvd copy of the two polygraph exams Ed Gelb had recorded on cameras in his office without anyone’s knowledge in the federal libel case Whitehouse had filed against Larry over publishing in his book about the phone calls telling him the polygraph was set up between Whitehouse & Axelrod, and Larry’s publishing that Whitehouse & Gelb lied about Larry failing the polygraph exams. In the post with the truth you will see in great detail how that video proves what Larry had said from the start, how Gelb makes clear his determination and intent to issue findings that polygraph results show Larry as deceptive on both exams. It shows Gelb acknowledging the polyscores finding larry truthful and choosing to ignore that & not even disclose it as he goes into a very vivid detailed rant expressing his admitted extreme biases held towards Larry leaving no doubt Gelb would never report any finding/result other than claiming Larry failed and showed deception. The pure level of bias which Gelb vividly admits to and expresses to Braddock as the two of them discuss their plans on how and when they will publish the claims that Larry was found deceptive, Gelb knows disqualifies him from even being involved in any polygraph exam administer on Larry, after all Gelb was once President of the Polygraph Examiners Association.
