Within meer seconds of the posting on YouTube on January 18, 2008 of Larry’s public statement and request Barack Obama admit to having used drugs as recently as 1999, Larry began to realize he was not prepared for whats was coming at him. Given the fact in 2008 social media such as FaceBook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc had not yet become the primary means of posting and sharing online. Instead it was message boards like Democratic Underground, Free Republic, online blogs & publications like DailyKos, Death by a 1000 Paper cuts, Fire Dog Lake, and commenting on online threads. The use of screen names vs the posters real name made it easy for people to feel completely safe publishing lies about people, attacking people, etc.
Immediately after the public posting internet posters using screen names began posting that Larry’s claims are lies because they have located records show he was in a Texas mental hospital in November 1999.
Almost immediately after publicly posting the statement the National crime Information Center (NCIC) federal database maintained by the FBI which provides Law Enforcement agencies world wide instant criminal histories when running checks on individuals they have come into contact with, had be unlawfully accessed by an FBI agent and edited with the agent entering information which they knew was false. While NCIC records are not supposed to be provided to anyone other than Law Enforce agencies or Courts for official purposes, in 2008 Larry’s NCIC record was deliberately accessed for the express purpose to enter false criminal histories listing multiple criminal convictions, arrests and charges that do not exists and never happened, which began to appear across the internet presented as Official Records. In addition to the NCIC database having a Caution added advising Law Enforcement that Larry should be approached with the belief he possess weapons, the database had criminal histories alleging convictions, arrests and charges for Falsely making Official forged instruments; Org dealing in stolen property; Alien Smuggling; Fraud/Illegal use of Credit cards; and fugitive from justice along with alleged arrests & charges of Possession of Class D substance; Threats; verbal abuse; assault; intimidation; sexual misconduct; all of which are untrue and do not exists.
We are jumping past one major lie from Feb 2008 that will be addressed in next post. This lie came in March 2008 when the Colorado Department of Corrections was asked to provide the individual with Larry’s records. In the request the person claimed they needed Larry’s records because he had threatened to kill them and their family members. They used that lie to request that the Department NOT release their identity to anyone seeking information as to who larry’s records had been released to or when.
