Early on after larry published his less than 2 minute video statement on January 18, 2008 regarding Barack Obama on YouTube the long employed tried and true tactics which would normally cause a person to become so fearful, and so overwhelmed from the harassment, attacks, lies they normally would sulk in a corner to hide and go away had been released in turbo charged forced directed at Larry. First of course was the nonstop efforts to show Larry as this white racists scumbag with a history of targeting black men; so much so that the Southern Poverty Law Center was put in charge of listing Larry as a documented white supremacists with a documented history of promoting hatred toward black Americans as well as promoting violence against blacks. Of course that came as a complete shock as well as cause for Larry’s black family members, along with every person of color who had ever met or known Larry at any point in his life to crack up laughing so hard it took hours for them to finally be able to stop. It was even more hilarious to Larry given the fact he was known as being a lifelong openly gay male who had for years been referred to by those who knew him as the only person they knew who could honestly be said to have literally had intimate relations with at least one person representing every nations represented by the United Nations.
As is the norm once the effort to paint a person as a racists acting out of some hatred or dislike for another’s race fails, the next tactic of course is the portray the person as a criminal who holds no credibility in anything. The fact that Larry had anticipated the effort to misrepresent his past he made it a point to acknowledge & disclose his criminal past when he was in his late teens early 20s from the very beginning. Didn’t really make much difference as demonstrated in the first The Truth I post and will be highlighted even further in upcoming posts, because no one had any desire to be bothered with the truth, while in full reactor meltdown mode trying to convince the world Larry was the liar.
When the effort to portray Larry as a criminal with no credibility failed just as the efforts to portray him as a racist, the effort to claim Larry was mentally ill and a mental patient had already begun being pushed, never mind it was a lie known from the beginning to be a lie. As the tried and true tactics normally successful when executed in such nonstop force failed over and over again, the next tactic which regardless of it being true or not normally causes the person it is directed at to suffer almost immediate osterchization by people who know them, their neighbors and even people who have never met them before that it makes the person suddenly fade away from public view. It is the one thing that has become used far to often in the last 17 years to deliberately inflict damage to a persons character and standing in their community and elsewhere that the fact it is a lie can never reverse the true harm & damage it causes by its very nature. That being the publishing and distributing claims the person is a sexual predator of children, Larry’s video had not been up a full month before those doing every thing they could think of to provide a protective shield around Barack Obama, and failing turned to making the outright false claims that Larry was a known child molester. They started publishing claims Larry was wanted in Tulsa OK for sexually assaulting a 10 year old boy. In fact they went so far as to publish claiming to be the mother of that 10 year old boy, claiming she had been trying to find out where Larry was at so Tulsa OK Police could arrest and prosecute him for the vile things Larry supposedly did to her son. It got so bad that Tulsa OK Police was having to use officers who should have been on the streets to handle the massive amount of calls being made to them regarding an outright false claim. Eventually Tulsa OK PD had to issue a statement that the claims published on the internet claiming they were searching for Larry Sinclair in a sexual assault on a 10 year old Tulsa boy was outright false and the continued publishing of the false claims causing them to continue to have to respond to calls based on the untrue claim could result in criminal charges against those responsible for publishing it. When that blew up in their face of course they had a back up plan and decided to use the fact Larry had publicly acknowledge he had resided in Mexico for several years. An FBI Agent who is dirty as dirty gets by the name of Robert Henly who at the time worked out of the Laredo Texas field office began publishing online under screen names as well as interacting with a group of anonymous internet posters who had been publishing Photoshop documents from online to appear as if they were criminal cases against Larry from across the country. Henly along with the anonymous posters he had reached out began publishing claims that Larry was wanted for sexually assaulting multiple minor boys in Mexico. They included claims of having verified the information with Federal US officials with working relationships with Mexican authorities. Just as this effort got under way it had become known to Larry that suddenly his criminal history had been circulating online claiming to be based on official records. Problem was the history had included multiple alleged criminal convictions, arrests and charges that never happened, they simply do not exist. As this effort got into turbo mode MzMolly along with a couple of other DemocraticUnderground posters who continued to publish false claims about Larry had pushed him to the point he filed a defamation/Libel suit against them.
At the time Larry announced and filed the defamation suit against MzMolly, Tubesockted, democratic-underground et al the Colorado Dept of Corrections had received a letter requesting they provide the individual with a complete copy of Larry’s prison records. In the letter the individual requested the Corrections dept not release their name or identity to anyone alleging they were requesting the records because Larry had made death threats against them as well as their children and spouse.
This happened in March 2008 but Larry did not discover it until late April early May when Paul Allen Levy of Public Citizens Litigation Group representing MzMolly made a filing where he filed copies of Larry’s prison records along with claims Larry was a violent individual who had made multiple threats of physical violence against him and his clients. Above you will find a May 14, 2008 letter from Thomas Kolle of the Colorado Dept of Corrections after being confronted over the publication of records he released based on a false claim. In addition you will find a Dec 2012 letter from the Colorado Dept of Corrections Inspector General after Larry had received documented proof that Corrections inmate disciplinary rule violations had found their way into Larry’s FBI National Crime Information Center (NCIC) criminal history database listed as being crimes which resulted in criminal convictions, arrests, or charges when they are not. Regardless how many times they claim Larry’s disciplinary violations are not in his NCIC criminal history they are, and the FBI makes it very clear as shown in the below image.
What had become crystal clear very early on was the people who were orchestrating and directing the efforts to destroy Larry Sinclair were not just your every day Jack & Jill voter excited about a new kind of candidate. The people where elected state & Federal officials, Federal & State agencies, operating out of various offices across the country, and their actions fit perfectly into the Chicago Tribune Reporter John Crewdson’s first statement to Larry when meeting him at the Duluth MN Radisson Hotel restaurant over looking Lake Superior: “I reached out to David Axelrod to ask if the campaign had any comment as to your statements. David made it clear the campaign knew exactly who you are, they have no intention of acknowledging you or your statement publicly at all, and that they intend to destroy you in short order.” That is said because everything that was directed at Larry to that point was organized, used established agencies, state & federal, had already obtained the assistance and cooperation of Google, Microsoft giving access to Larry’s accounts to individuals who used them to distribute massive emails and online statements attributed to Larry which threatened Judges, Law Enforcement, Elected Reps, prosecutors, had the Southern Poverty Law Center knowingly defaming Larry with no problem doing so, Social Security targeting his disability and medical coverage, had an FBI Federal database accessed and deliberately falsified which to this date the FBI & DOJ have a record of the date, time, agency and individual who accessed the NCIC database and falsified it yet they refuse to release that information or even remove the false information which was unlawfully entered. Through all of it they maintain one strict requirement which is to ensure that their identities are not under any circumstances released to anyone for any reason, and the one sure way to make sure that does not happen is to always make the claim they have been threatened and are in real fear for their & their families safety if Larry were to ever discover their identities. Below is the March 2008 Response from the Colorado Dept of Corrections to the request for Larry’s records claiming to have been threatened with death. The documents were filed by Paul Allen Levy in the MzMolly case under affidavit where Levy claims he received the documents and the attached prison records in the same redacted form he filed them under implying he had not sought not asked anyone for them.
The Department of Corrections in Colorado not only released records to an individual who lied about having been threatened to hide their identity from being disclosed, They deliberately waited until the 3 years had passed before responding to their own claim that they would decide whether to release the persons identity after the Inspector Generals investigation had been completed, when no such investigated had ever been started. They protected the illegal publishing and distribution of those records for the purpose of harassment, attacking and targeting another person.
Levy had also been conspiring and working with the anonymous internet posters providing them documents for them to publish online with instructions on how to represent them to be something they were not. Levy along with Denver Attorney Tobia Morrow had already published and distributed Larry’s social security number online on Public Citizens website as well as via sending documents to internet posters.
The claims made to the Colorado Department of Corrections of Larry having made death threats against the person requesting his records as well as their children & spouse was a flatout lie, it was deliberately made at the direction of Attorney Paul Allen Levy relayed via anonymous internet posters and had also been attempted by Colorado Attorney Tobias Morrow who had unlawfully obtained Larry’s social security number, which he included in a request to Colorado Bureau of Investigations seeking Larry’s Colorado criminal history records. As clearly shown in the below image of the request form Morrow filled out and submitted to CBI
AS IS CLEARLY SHOWN IN DENVER ATTORNEY TOBIAS MORROW’S CBI RECORDS REQUEST HE CLEARLY INCLUDED LARRY’S FULL SOCIAL SECURITY WHICH WAS UNLAWFULLY PROVIDED TO HIM THROUGH THE DIRECTION OF CO REP DIANA DEGETTE & THEN CO US SENATOR KEN SALAZAR WHO WENT ON TO SERVE IN BOTH BARACK OBAMA & JOE BIDENS ADMINISTRATIONS.
SO MAKE NO MISTAKE THE LIES CLAIMING LARRY MADE DEATH THREATS AGAINST ANYONE MUCH LESS SOMEONE REQUESTING HIS PRISON RECORDS IN AN ORCHESTRATED EFFORT TO MISREPRESENT HIM AND HIS PAST FOR NO PURPOSE OTHER THAN TO ENSURE BARACK OBAMA NEVER HAD TO ANSWER A QUESTION ABOUT HIS OWN ACTIONS AND CONTINUING TO THIS DAY 17 PLUS YEARS LATER WAS AND STILL IS THE TRUE WEAPONIZATION OF GOVERNMENT AGAINST A CITIZEN LONG BEFORE DONALD J. TRUMP EVER HEARD THE WORD UTTERED.
THE DIFFERENCE IS LARRY HAS SPENT THE ENTIRE 17 PLUS YEARS REFUSING TO BE DEFEATED, REFUSING TO BE BEATEN DOWN AND DOCUMENTING EVERY SINGLE UNLAWFUL ABUSE OF OFFICE ACT COMMITTED.
